LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY

1. Frame Construction Sofas & Chairs DiRECT warrants against defects in material and workmanship for the life of the product under normal use.

2. Spring Construction Sofas & Chairs DiRECT warrants that the 8-way hand tied spring construction in this product is free from defective material and workmanship for the life of the product under normal use.

3. Cushion Construction Sofas & Chairs DiRECT warrants all cushion cores against loss of foam resiliency for the life of the product. Your foam will conform to its user with use and aging. Do not confuse normal softening and flattening that occur in all foam with actual loss of resiliency. Only the latter is covered by this warranty.

4. Sleeper Units Sofas & Chairs DiRECT warrants all sleeper mechanisms against defective material or workmanship for the life of the product under normal use. Innerspring mattresses are warranted to be free of defects for three years under normal use.

CONDITIONS
This warranty shall extend only to the original purchaser for the lifetime of that individual. This warranty cannot be transferred. This warranty shall extend only to furniture used in the purchaser's home. Corporation or contract purchases, or any use of the furniture for the general public is not covered by this warranty.

WARRANTY SERVICE
Claims are to be made directly to Sofas & Chairs DiRECT. Sofas & Chairs DiRECT's obligation under this warranty is limited to replacing or repairing at our option any part or parts of the product found to be defective in material or workmanship. Sofas & Chairs DiRECT in its sole discretion will determine the cause and nature of any defect, the necessity and manner of repair or replacement, and all other matters pertaining to the condition of the furniture.

If it should become necessary to return the product to the factory for repairs, the cost of packing, brokerage and shipping to and from the factory are not covered by this warranty. Most repairs can be made in your home. Evidence of original ownership such as sales invoice or other documents of purchase will be required.

EXCLUSIONS
This warranty shall not apply to any conditions or defects resulting from commercial usage, negligence, misuse, alterations, fire,or accidents.

Sofas & Chairs DiRECT makes no other express warranties, including warranties as to fitness for a particular purpose. Nor shall Sofas & Chairs DiRECT have any responsibility for incidental or consequential damages resulting from the breach or this warranty, including but not limited to rental or replacement products, loss of profits or commercial loss. Some states or provinces do not allow the exclusion of limitation of incidental or consequential damages, therefore, the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights that may vary form state to state.
