FREE
DELIVERY
Sofas & Chairs DiRECT offers free white glove delivery and
in-home set up within the continental USA. Our delivery representatives
will unpack, inspect, and place furniture in your home.
Items are scheduled for delivery when they reach your regional
delivery warehouse. At such time, you'll be contacted by the local
delivery company to arrange a delivery time. Deliveries are made
between 8 AM and 5 PM Monday through Friday, and are scheduled
within a four hour window. If you choose not to schedule delivery
within 30 days, any remaining balance will be applied to your
credit card and applicable storage fees will apply.
REMOTE DELIVERIES
Additional delivery charges may apply if you live in a remote
area, and you may be limited to a specific delivery schedule.
To determine if you are within a remote delivery area please contact
Sofas & Chairs DiRECT.
When your order completes production you will be contacted by
a Sofas & Chairs DiRECT representative who will notify you
of any remaining balance. Unless otherwise specified, this balance
will be collected by the same method of payment used for your
initial deposit. At that time, if you would like to use an alternative
method of payment, please reply back via e-mail, or call Sofas & Chairs DiRECT
PAYMENT
Sofas & Chairs DiRECT encourages you to use your major credit
card for your purchases. It is the quickest, safest, and most
convenient way to expedite your order. We accept Visa, MasterCard,
and American Express.
Sofas & Chairs DiRECT will accept both personal and certified
checks. If you pay by check, be aware that your order will not
be processed until your deposit check has cleared. Also, we will
not be able to release your merchandise for delivery until your
final payment check has cleared.
CANCELLATION
POLICY
Sofas & Chairs DiRECT will accept cancellation of your order
if you contact us BEFORE the fabric for your order has been cut.
After such time, it will be to the sole discretion of Sofas & Chairs DiRECT as to the final determination of your order. A cancellation
and/or a restocking fee may result.
ORDER
ACCEPTANCE
In cases where fabric mills or suppliers inform us of changes
in availability, you will be notified as soon as possible. Such
information can cause delays in your estimated shipping time.
Sofas & Chairs DiRECT is not responsible for such changes
in availability or for any other inadvertent error on our site.
SERVICE
You have purchased a fine piece of heirloom quality furniture.
In the rare instance that you do have a problem with your furniture,
Sofas & Chairs DiRECT works hand in hand with Furniture Medic
professionals coast to coast to assist you. This is a national
network of certified furniture repair experts. If a problem occurs
with your furniture at time of delivery or during the warranty
period, contact us and we'll expedite the servicing of your problem.
At Sofas & Chairs your complete satisfaction is
our goal. We want and expedite that you will thoroughly enjoy
your furniture for years to come.
